Encryption

• Data between the browser and the platform is sent over an encrypted connection (TLS 1.2 and 1.3 only).
• Integration credentials that a customer adds to their account are stored encrypted.

Sign-in

• Passwords are not stored as typed; they are stored hashed.
• Sign-in and sign-up attempts are limited in number per address.
• A check that the user is a person is used at sign-in and sign-up.

Staff access

• Administrative actions taken by platform staff are recorded in an audit log.

Storage location
